Request Service

The WRR tile in the Facilities Service Portal is now LIVE.

The Facilities Service Portal is NC State’s one-stop shop for facilities service requests. As of February 2, 2026, all Waste Reduction & Recycling (WRR) service requests should be submitted through the Facilities Service Portal using the new WRR tile.

How to submit a WRR service request:

  1. Create a Facilities Service Portal account, if you don’t already have one.
    Click here for instructions on how to create an account.
  2. Watch WRR’s Portal Training video.
  3. Log into the Facilities Service Portal.
  4. Select the Waste Reduction & Recycling tile.
  5. Complete the prompts to submit your service request.

If you have an urgent matter, please call the Service Center at 919-515-2991. If you have questions while learning to navigate the new WRR tile, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.

If we have any further questions, we will contact you. If the request does not require further communication and coordination, please expect services to be completed within 2-3 business days.
